This calming evening begins with a 20-minute guided meditation to help you settle in, quiet the mind, and gently release the stress of the day. After the meditation, you’ll lie down comfortably and enjoy a sound bath with crystal singing bowls, allowing the soothing tones to wash over you.
Many people experience deep relaxation, mental clarity, and improved sleep after a sound bath. No experience with meditation is needed — simply come as you are and allow yourself to rest.
