You are a divine creator being! You were born perfect and have everything you need within. I know it can be tough right now if we look outside ourselves and see all the chaos…. But don’t let it distract you! Whenever you are stressed, triggered, sad, lonely, take time to breathe and find your connection to the earth and spirit.
